I was listening to net@night 142 where Leo and Sarah interviewed Fried and DHH of 37signals about their new book. I knew I had to get a copy that day. Then I couldn’t put it down. I needed the “fire the workaholic chapter” more than anything.  Check out DHH and Jason C. on TWIST, it’s a great debate that DHH wins hands down.

Rework gives you what you need in the time that needs to be devoted to a business book.   Rework is a short book that you devour quickly.  Then you hit the ground running and focus your time where it needs to be, on making a profit.  Run a business the way it should be, not the way the lucky few did.

I disagree with DHH about his best idea.  I don’t believe 37signals is it, this book was.  Everyone that works can get ahead by reading this book.  It isn’t just for those that are starting a business.
